How the Custom Process Works
Tell us About the Design you want
The customer initiates the bespoke journey by taking the first step. You can send us the design requirements with images to describe your custom order
Once we receive your request, our design consultant gets in touch with you via email with you to discuss your design. The design is finalized in this step.
Placing the Order
After finalizing a design, we will send you a listing link, where the details regarding the custom order would be stated. You can make the payment using this link.
Order Production and Delivery
We follow our standard production process to complete an order and send its images to you for approval before dispatching. Reliable couriers such as DHL, DPEX and FedEx are used to ship the order.

The design consultant presents each and every detail of your required design to our team of artisans.
Fusing the latest design technology with our bespoke expertise, we create a digital pattern of your custom order.
The next step involves cutting out the pattern from your desired material, after which customized details are added to it.
If a custom order includes ornamental details such as embroidery, printing or adding spike or studs, we add it in this step wherever required.
This step involves stitching the material together to create a customized garment or accessory that you will treasure for years to come.
Before dispatching the completed order, we run it through our strict quality check to ensure it is at par with our standards.
